During the off-season (late May, late August and September), we host school groups, religious retreats, corporate retreats, college seminars, private parties, and other gatherings. We are happy to discuss your group’s special requirements. Costs vary depending upon the size of your group as well as the options and services chosen. We are happy to customize a unique package for you, and bring together your vision for your special event.

Pavilion

Our stunning open-air 40 x 80 foot Pavilion can be utilized in a variety of ways for your special event, including:

  • Reception
  • Rehearsal Dinner
  • Breakfast/Brunch
  • Meeting space

Alumni Hall

  • Seating for 350 in retractable bleachers
  • Podium with sound system and microphone
  • 2 breakout rooms, with seating for 20 each
  • 2 restrooms

Dining Hall

  • Seating for 500 at 4’x8’ tables (can be combined into square tables) with benches
  • Wall space for projection screen and podium with wired sound system
  • Wifi available
  • 2 restrooms

Manitou Theater

  • 450 theater style seats
  • 36’ x 24’ stage
  • Sound and lighting booth
  • Projector and 12’ x 10’ screen
  • Outdoor drive-in style movie screen
  • Wifi available

Office

  • Winterized building with heat and air conditioning
  • Sleeping accommodations for up to 20 in adjacent Health Center
  • Full kitchen
  • Handicap accessible bathrooms with showers
